IT Support Agent with French
For our new Pixmania team in Brno we are currently looking for motivated individuals on the position of IT Support Agent with French.
Principal responsibilities:
– Deal with inbound calls and emails from business partners
– Provide a high quality IT support
– Report results and issues regularly
– Process improvement implementation
The successful candidate should have:
– Experience in IT support
– Fluent French
– Intermediate English
– Technical and functional knowledge of web and e-commerce applications
– Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science is an advantage
– Understanding of programming in PHP MySQL/Oracle is a plus
